Is ANCHORY® a fit?
Most plans stop at a number. Ours starts with what the money is for. This page says who that works for, who it does not, and what the first forty-five minutes hold, so you can decide before you book.
Who this is forYou will get the most from it if
- Retirement, or the sale of a business, is close enough to picture, and the number is mostly done.
- You want the years named before the portfolio is touched.
- You want one person doing the work: a CFP® professional, a fiduciary, one fee, no commissions.
- You are willing to decide the hard calls on paper, in a calm year.
- You live in Texas, most often around Dallas–Fort Worth, or are glad to meet by video.
It is not the right place if
- You want a stock pick, a hot fund, or a call on where the market goes next.
- You measure a plan by the biggest balance at the end, whatever the years cost.
- You want a large firm: a team, a trading desk, a lobby. ANCHORY is one advisor, on purpose.
- You are shopping for a product. Nothing is sold in the first meeting.
- You would rather not say what the money is for.
Two engagements. Not a ladder.
The first meeting decides which, if either. These are the rules it uses.

Said in the room.
You hear it in the meeting, not in an email after. You leave with your question in your own words, and the Time Inventory to work through on your own.
The Time InventoryFees are stated in the meeting and in Form ADV Part 2A. There are no commissions.
Forty-five minutes, minute by minute.
By video, by phone, or at the office in The Colony. One question, yours. A short pre-read arrives the night before.
What brought you.
The one question you came with, in your words.
What the years are for.
The conversation most plans skip. No spreadsheet yet.
What we would do.
How Life Architecture would apply to you, plainly.
The honest answer.
Which engagement fits, or that neither does yet. Said in the room.
The one question you most want answered. Nothing else. No statements, no spreadsheet.
To decide anything in the room, to move an account, or to sit through a pitch. Nothing is sold in it.
Let's put dates on your list.
Forty-five minutes. One question, yours. Nothing sold, nothing to decide in the room, no asset minimum.
